1. Please call Alken Studio at 973 696-3100 to confirm the availability for your scheduled event date.
2. Set up an appointment for a free consultation to discuss your needs for the event package. The consultation could be arranged over the video conference call or in person in the studio. We are flexible in tailoring your photo/video package according to your needs and budget.
3. Sign a Contract and pay $500.00 fee to retain your date.
4. About one month before your event schedule a meeting to discuss the details and create the Time Table of the photo/video coverage. Pay your remaining balance at this time.
5. Relax and enjoy your big day. Feel like a celebrity while our team covers your event.
6. About one week after the event receive the online gallery with your images via the mobile application and share it with friends and family.
7. Review your video highlights and proposed design of the photo album about one month after the event.
8. Schedule a meeting to finalize and approve the album design, select album size, photos, portraits, etc.
9. Receive your order about two months after finalizing the design.
10. Review us on Google, Facebook, The Knot, etc.
11. Cherish your memories for the generations to come.
